It’s been a busy month on the build site! We were thrilled to welcome State Farm agents from across the Upper Cumberland, who rolled up their sleeves to help make the dream of homeownership a reality. A huge thank you to State Farm for your incredible support and partnership in making this possible!

We’ve made amazing progress this past month and are excited to share that one of our newest homes is now ready for exterior painting! A big thank you to the Real Estate Collective for your support and dedication on the job site, we couldn’t do it without you!

The 29th Annual Cooking on the Square filled Cookeville’s downtown square with Cajun flavor and community spirit last Friday. The beloved event, benefiting Upper Cumberland Habitat for Humanity (UCHFH), raised a record-breaking $201,000 through ticket sales, donations, sponsorships, and in-kind contributions and over 3,800 tickets were sold.

THANK YOU to everyone who came out and supported affordable housing in the Upper Cumberland!
