Upper Cumberland Habitat for Humanity invites you to our 5K Race to Build Hope on Saturday March 28th, 2026 in Overton County. Come out and support affordable housing in the Upper Cumberland! Register early to guarantee you will receive a swag bag and t-shirt!

Early registration ends March 5.  We cannot guarantee participants will receive a swag bag or a t-shirt if you sign up after early registration ends.

Race Info:

Check in starts at 7am, and the race begins at 8am.
This is a chip timed race.
Runners, walkers, strollers, wheelchairs, and dogs on leashes welcome.
Winners will receive a medal.

Join Us for the Putnam County Dream Builders Luncheon

Join us on March 24th from 12:00–1:00 PM at Cookeville Life Church (2223 N Washington Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501) for an inspiring afternoon dedicated to transforming lives through Upper Cumberland Habitat for Humanity. Guests are invited to arrive early for social time from 11:30 AM–12:00 PM to connect with others who share a passion for strengthening our community.

Enjoy a delicious lunch catered by Strong Kitchen while hearing powerful stories of dreams turning into reality. As we celebrate this year’s theme, “Dreams Made Real,” you’ll experience heartfelt testimonies from Habitat homeowners who have partnered with us on their journey to safe, stable housing. You’ll also hear from a business donor and a committed volunteer who will share the impact of their contributions and why they choose to invest in the mission of Upper Cumberland Habitat for Humanity. Their perspectives reveal how every partnership helps transform a dream into a stable, thriving future.

This event is more than just a luncheon. It’s an opportunity to discover the mission, witness the impact, and become part of real change in our community. Your investment, whether through attendance, donations, or hosting a table, helps build homes, change lives, and create a future filled with hope!

Individual tickets are $25, or you can host a table for $400, inviting others to share in this meaningful experience while deepening connections with others committed to making a difference.

Stop by First National Bank in Sparta on Saturday, March 14th from 10 AM–11 AM and donate new or gently used items to the Upper Cumberland Habitat ReStore. Can't load up the items and bring them?
