A Message From Lena Hildebrand
I always felt like I was meant to do more. More than just being a mom, a friend, a partner. I am finally settling in Cookeville, Tennessee and I have met an amazing group of women that makes my life better. MOPS is something I am looking forward to every month.
But this page is not about MOPS- not entirely. We each have set an individual goal to help a family in our community raise money and build a house for them. But as a group we can do more. Our goal is $2500 in three weeks. Habitat for humanities is an amazing organization that helps people who don't have the means to support themselves. One project they are doing is the women's build project which I am a part of now. We raise money, we help build a house and we support one another to do so. Don't forget about the people around you, without them you are nothing. Keep your community strong and you will be strong.
